Alright everybody I’m back from vacation been a nice week away with a lot of poor habits returning but only to an extent. I was pretty excited this morning that I still managed to lose over the last two weeks considering I was on vacation last week. I tried to be good during the day (i.e. breakfast & lunch) and just do whatever the hell I want at night. Some of the time I actually felt nauseous just at the thought of what I was eating lol. Anyways I had a great time and I guess the swimming, walking and the couple of bike trips I did evened out all the damage I was doing at night for the most part. It feels kind of good to now I can still have a good time and be in control somewhat. Back to the grind! I don’t want to but I will go to the gym tonight!

On a different note I randomly ran into some of my friends who I hadn’t seen since last November at a bar at the Ocean and they couldn’t believe the change. Also before going to the Ocean I went to the store to get some clothes for the ocean and I actually bought a shirt in a Medium and it fit. I’m still in denial about it and I felt kind of subconscious about it when I wore it because it felt tight but I guess as most of us know we are not use to wearing clothes that fit so anything that does feels weird (also another 2 inches down on my pants).

Milestones:
6.4 lbs - No longer obese ever again
18.0 lbs - 75% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!!
38.3 lbs – According to BMI I will be considered in the normal range
47.6 lbs - To THE GOAL LINE!

Congrats on fitting in the medium size shirt! I'm looking forward to the day I can put on a large, even. :-p It had to be nice for your friends see you look like a new person. Hey, I think it's time for a before and 3/4 of the way through pic posted on FS! :)
