Oh, I felt sure that I would go down a little yesterday -- I followed the calorie count MUCH better than I had been...but no, I actually went up a few ounces! I didn't jog, and maybe that was the reason. And I had thought that exercise did nothing for my weight loss! I wasn't able to go this morning, either, because of the rain and my morning meeting with Carolina... Well, if the rain clears out, I'll head out to do some moving. In the meantime, I need to cut the calories!
