well I am dropping on diet milkshakes and cup of soups. Still a bit hungry and nibbling a cracker or two. Won't it be wonderful if I am not hungry any more? I wonder if I will recognize it? Surgery tomorrow so will be an interesting adventure. There were not any sections for lapbanding so will stay here with my friends as I am going to have to alter my lifestyle eating patterns anyhow and still need your wonderful support! Thanks guys! Jen
