Met calorie goal. Light stretching 15. Slow bike 30 minutes.
The cold weather has made my hip ache! Did some light stretching with no resistance bands today. Mostly hip abduction and hip extension. Lunges were INTENSELY hard today...did a few, but very slowly.
Excited that I rode the bike for 30 minutes. Rode VERY slowly, but I'm proud I lasted 30 minutes! Yee haw!
The bruising from that surgery (1 1/2 weeks ago) is barely visible now. Maybe I'll start modified planking this weekend. (Doctor said to listen to my body and if no pain, it's okay).
