Met calorie goal.
Bike for 35 minutes.
Stretching for 30 minutes.

*Lateral walk with band
*Hip abduction with band
*Hip extension with band
*Bridging
*Supine Clamshell both legs with band
THEN Binky-puppy interrupted and started crawling all over me. SO...
*Supine Clamshell one leg at a time and *Raised Lunges where cut short, but done a little.
Made muffin meatloaves for dinner. Used flaxseed meal instead of breadcrumbs and you can't tell the difference. Paired with roasted green beans. All for about 500 calories.
All warm and snuggly with Binky-puppy.
