Well its back to the gym today!!
I'm still being a tad too lenient with food. Need to get myself in check... as i sit here breating in the wonderful aroma of onion rings... and i know she'll offer me one any second now... just say no.
I have a new 'desk buddy'. The girl that i sat with for 3 years was a healthy eater.. well, she was constantly watching her weight. THis one is not. She is a big girl, eats like a big girl, and has absolutley no plans to change anything. She is always bringing in extra food, like tamales, garlic bread, banana pudding... and always offers me some. She is SUCH a bad food influence!! it comes from a good place, she's just trying to be nice, i really just need to learn to say no. I'm not used to having this kind of temptation on a daily basis. I'm having to retrain myself all over again.
Well, despite her bad eating habits, she is a wonderful person and i enjoy her much more than my previous desk buddy (who was snooty and didnt enjoy the fact that i can literally talk all day long LOL)
anyways.... is it really only Tuesday?
