Well, although it says Im am following "intuitive eating", that is being put aside for this 10-15 pound challenge starting today... So, I am aiming for 18 points a day, and up to 20 if necessary. I have an all day function today, so I don't know if it will 1) keep me occupied all day so I don't get bored and eat out of boredom, or 2) keep me moving and hungry, or 3) be boring and then I will eat out of boredom. We'll see. But anyway, I have little control of WHAT I eat today, but I do have control of how much, so I will hold onto that and actually start keeping a food diary. That should be interesting and a bit motivating that I don't have to calculate cals and points, but just enter and it will do it. At least I think that's how it works. If I can lose even 5 pounds, I will be the lowest weight I have been in years, so a 10-15 challenge - WOW. Who know?
