Wow! I just got done entering all the food I ate for dinner. I think I got it all. We went to Outback for dinner and I really packed it down!
I most likely will gain tomorrow...but I will keep going. I am going on a trip in October and am having a race with my father to see who can lose the most before then. We have to tell each other at the end of every week how much we lost---or gained. Last week he lost 2 pounds and I didn't lose anything. So I am determined to lose more than him this week!!!! =D
I added the date because my time zone is off or something because it is saying it is the 25th...its not quite mid-night yet.
