i am going to start excerciseing when i get the urge to bordom eat that way it will cut the 15 minutes out quickly that way i will burn calories instead of eatting them love shelly.

Shelly, I wish I could get up when I get that urge. I have stopped cooking and now I am eating stuff that I really shouldn't have. I truly need to get off of my behind and get some groceries in this house. Well, I really don't have any other choice because I am picking my daughter up from school today and well.... we are going to have to have something to eat!Good Luck with your exercise today!
