Been crazy busy, quit exercising and quit tracking what I ate. 14 pounds right back on.
Proof positive you need to do a little exercise, I did little 5 and 10 minute workouts throughout the day and watched what I ate and the weight came off relatively regularly.
Got to pay attention especially now that I’m in my 50’s.
106.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
