My sleep schedule has been horrible this past month :( i go to bed at the same time every night but if I have to get to go pee that’s it I’m up...i got at 12:30 this morning I’ve been up every since...and today is my first day back to work too...I’m lucky to sleep 3-4 hours peacefully anymore
