the last few months i have been using the calorie counter application on my phone and finally decided to sync up to the fatsecret website. wish i had checked it out sooner! i have only a little further to go until i reach my goal. for the most part i stick to a clean, low glycemic diet and i am quite active (workout 4-6 times a week) but my occasional late night binges get out of control. it's like i will want one little snack and that unleashes a beast that eats every bit of junk in the house. then i feel aweful the next morning....
