Have you looked into stents? Both of my parents had lower leg pain, and both got relief from stents.

For comfort when your sleeping, maybe bolstering may help, like a body pillow between you legs if you sleep on your side, or a pillow/wedge under your knees if you are sleeping on your back. I've known a few people who have taken gabapentin at night for neuropathy that has helped, I've had to do that myself too. You may want to try having no weight or extra weight on your feet as well. I don't have numbness and tingling like I did when I was on gabapentin, but I do still have parasteshia in one of my legs from a impinged S1 nerve. Since I live in a state where cannabis is legal, I use a CBD/THC tincture that helps take the edge off and helps me sleep. For me it has been one of the few things that have helped with nerve pain. I hope you find a solution that works for you!

Ty. I'm a side sleeper the pillow doesn't help to much. Will mention the gabapentin to my doctor. I take a really low does 300mg at night anyway. Had shingles in my scalp couple of years ago and it left my scalp feeling tingly and like something is always crawling. It was weird and had me super paranoid. I babysit so lice is always possible with kids n school. Had me feeling crazy lol. Lady at my church suggested magnesium supplements. Those seem to b working as well. I read that saturated fats can cause inflammation so trying to avoid that as well. Propping through the day when possible. I also read that exercise will also help so I need to try and do better with that.
