I believe this weighin has something to do with wearing a sweatshirt. At least this is what I'm hoping. lol...I had a stressful day and let myself eat because of it...I'm almost ashamed to write down what I had to eat but I will because the old me would "start again tomorrow". Not this time :) I'm a bit worried for tomorrow as they're having a "food day" at work, and I always tend to over eat at these things...I'm planning on bringing a bag of veggies to munch on before we have it so that I can stay away from a million calories :) I guess it really is all about planning :) Hope everyone is well...
