Feeling frustrated. I’m in a calorie deficit and I’ve been running and working out and I have 5 pounds to lose and the scale went up.....ahhhhh
76.8 kg Lost so far: 16.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
