Had holiday fun with my family in a town north of Dallas.
Super fun and Binky had a ball with 3 other doggies and her first time to see a cat!!! Silly me was so caught up in family fun, I forgot to take any pictures!
I overindulged a bit compared to my normal....some fast food on the trip, which I never do. Could definitely feel the bloat from the sodium today.
Sitting in a car for hours was painful. Although I did some mild stretching on the trip, I feel like I took a step backward. Slowly loosening up that hip.
I gained a bit, but feel better that I had fresh veggies today.
Got an immersion blender and plan to make a smoothie tonight.
If my hip feels better after dialysis tomorrow, then I might hop on the bike.
