ada gak sih yang kalo input makanan, ternyata macro nutrients nya tercukupi tapi kalori nya kurang?
kalo gitu gimana ya? mending fokus ke kalori atau gimana ya? karna sulit juga nyeimbangin biar kalori cukup tapi macro nutrientsnya juga ga kelebihan.
