hari ini puasa. tp kalau dihitung2 meal plan ku ga sampe 1000 kal (daily intake 1900) sedangkan klo pas buka makan tu cepet kenyang. gmn sih caranya supaya ga rendah?

Selipkan alpukat, kacang2an, makanan yg gak bikin kenyang, tp kalori nya tinggi

sy makan almond/kuaci/pumpkinseed/plum katanya kacang mete lebih tinggi kalorinya
