Darn Mars company. I blew it bad last night. I raided the kids snack cabinet and found m&m's (and other goodies, lol). That's, ok, I knew it would happen. Someone said if you bite it write it so I went back and recorded it in my journal. I have been doing really good, so I'm not going to beat myself up. I'm going to stay positive, let it go, and get back on track. The good news is there isn't any candy left in the house 😁
