Day 46...I damn near fainted when i checked the nutrional value of what i ate at the restaurant last night. It was painful entering it in because it wasnt even really worth it taste wise. how they disguse that much crap into food is beyond me. I guess i am being honest and a good reminder to only eat half of what they give you. Its hard when the boyfriends home but it is no excuse. and i didnt workout yesterday or today!! yikes all mighty. when we go on vacation next month i have got to be sure i bring my own groceries and eat smart because i feel like crap. to top it off had pancakes this morning, not like they are entirely bad but could have made a better choice...Never to late though the rest of the weekend is going to be full of clean eats!

Don't worry, like you said you have the rest of the weekend! If I am going to eat I hope it would be worth it as well. Last night we went out and it was so good. Mushroom soup ( broth ), salad, veggies, shrimp, chicken, and steak. OMG, sounds like a lot. Hehe, it was. At a place like that the portions are not to big but just spred out, which on one hand would be good if you know when to say when but I guess I don't. Have a great weekend.

I totally feel ya on the restaurant foods. IT'S DISGUSTING how many calories and carbs and fat is in them - even the so-called 'lighter meals' are bad!! But you're smarter than them...they can't trick you b/c you'll just eat half ;) Sunday will be AWESOME!!! AKUNA-MATATA means no worries :D xoxxo

Its so hard eating out. The main thing is you recognize it was bad plus you didn't enjoy it. And turned it around right away. That is hard to do. I'm proud of you. Look at what you have accomplished in 45 days. You must be really proud and happy with yourself too.
