So today it is a true fight with myself. 🙇 I have been on the diet for some time and I am really starting to have a problem sticking to it.
Because my weight is relatively low, I really have to eat very little and any small mistake in the diet means, I will be hungry and this morning I was so hungry I eate my lunch. 🤦
Now I took a Kitkat from the sweets we have at work and I keep staring at it. It is a real inner fight. 😅
