nah ini aq bingung ngisi activity levelnya..
biasa olahraga 1-3 kali seminggu tp aq kerja smwa tubuh gerak dr jam 8pagi-6sore
Jd kira2 pilih yg excercise 1-3 apa yg very intense, physical job yaa..
Soalnya psti TDEE nyaa jauh bener bedanya 😭
