2nd lunch, hari ini makan banyak karbo, lanjut minum kopi. udah 3 hari gak pup:( aku gak ngerti lagi deh. tapi untungnya abis maksi 2x + kopi abis gitu langsung mules😌 jelek banget pencernaan
