No more silly food games for me. It is not working: cheat meals, low calorie days. I dont maintain it. For now I am going to focus on just having between 1800 to 2400 calories a day. I am not going to even care about protein, carb or fats. When I can control how much calories I can take in then I will start focusing on the type of calories I am ingesting. This past year made me realize that I need to be consistent with something for more than 12 months for me to declare victory. Hope this works.
