I zipped into my jeans today... Barely, but I did so I am wearing them and dispite them being uncofortably small it makes me happy. 😅🤣 I have still about 3kg to go. I passed my exams on Sunday, so I just have to complete one full example food plan and I will be a certified dietician 😁 and I will also finally have time to go to the gym again. 💪 While counting my recomended calorie intake for weightloss in a proffessional software (which counts also with the body composition data) I found out I might be under eating about 300kcal/day even for weightloss, which might explain why I am losing so fast and also why I am so hungry. 😱 I have to admit I wwas a bit surprised, because in this app (and it is the main reason why I chose it) I had the highest calorie count allowance of all the apps I tried so I didnt expect it to still be a lot under my real count. 🤔 I might try to stick to the count here for a bit longer though, because the weightloss is much faster this way and I will start adding to it slowly when I am a bit closer to my goal weight. 😁 Good luck to everyone!
