The difference between my kcal intake and exercise over the last 7 day was aprox -4000 kcal. Fat is 3500 kcal/pound, 4000 kcal this would equate to 1.143 LB, or 0.52 KGS. I have actually lost 1.1 KGS. over this period, the difference between actual weight loss and my diary indicate weight loss will be due to a lot of factors,over estimating kcal intake, under estimating exercise kcal and my metabolic rate, to name a few. I am just having a bit of fun here, but it shows if you create minus net kcal you will lose those pounds. I am very happy with my weight loss this week. To all on FS stay focused and happy Pete.
