Kayaknya harus dinaikin BB jd 70kg, %BF masih 21-22%. Padahal makan diatas 2000-2100an lebih tp kenapa BB turun padahal pengen ttp kyk kemarin 68an. Semoga naik BB dikit dan BF turun... amin 🙏🏻🙏🏻😇😇
