ok so thursday was my birthday and i let loose ignored my diet, skipped the gym and guess what? i have done the same thing every day since!! but no more. tomorrow is the first of the month so sounds like a perfect day to buckle down and get back on track. signed up for a couple challenges and i want to stick to it for 12 weeks. here goes nothin
