Hooray! I'm so happy that after going hog wild and not working out yesterday for my birthday, I didn't balloon up like I usually do after a bad day and dinner out. I'm still feeling a little bloaty, however, so I think I'm going to do a mini-detox today.
I hate skipping 2 consecutive days of workout, but I'm still SUPER sore from my lift on Wednesday, so I'm not exactly sure what I could do. I may try to go for an easy swim this afternoon.
All in all, I'm happy with my progress.
