Since starting my hypnosis on Wednesday - I was a little concerned I would have a harder time resisting the treats and such over the weekend. That's when the boyfriend wants to eat out, buy treats at store etc.
In the morning boyfriend wanted bacon... and I figured okay. I had two pieces, and squeezed all excess grease from it with a paper towel (sounds strange - but it was THAT much less grease in my tummy!). And I used one slice bread instead of two for a sandwich.
For lunch at the Royal Canadian Legion, I had two Kokanee beers with clamato... Liquid lunch (now I get it).
I was a little hungry when I got home, and the rest of the family went to go get ice cream & slurpees, I was pleasantly surprised I was able to say "no" without the feeling of anxiety and self deprivation kicking in, and instead I ate a homemade oatmeal banana muffin and was satisfied.
Biggest worry was when boyfriend wanted KFC for supper. I had a breast, happily gave the skin to him (while he looked at me like I grew a third eye), and had a small handful of fries and a shot of gravy (which I know the recipe to, and I know it's actually VERY low in fat! It's only chicken broth, flour and a small amount of canola oil... unfortunately it also has MSG... I have a recipe if you want it, just let me know!)
I ended up doing the spring cleaning on the yard yesterday, and spent an hour in the blessed sun (I'm dangerously low in Vitamin D so my body soaked up the rays)
Anyways, My body is starting to detox... I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome as well as having my gallbladder removed two years ago, so my stomach is starting to get used to the better for me diet.
