I had another successful gym trip last night. :D
I have decided to switch my weigh in days to mondays so that i hold myself more accountable over the weekends. I have also decided to have one set 'free day' so that i dont make the entire weekend a 'free day'. My free day this week will be Friday. We have our office breakfst Friday mornings AND we are going to dinner with friends Friday night, so i think it sounds pretty obvious that i should make that my free day. Now the hard part will be to keep myself in check saturday and sunday, AND monday really since its a holiday weekend. We shall see!
I am going to the gym tonight, skipping Friday and will go either Saturday or Sunday, maybe Monday too.
My weight was back down to 140.6, hopefully it keeps going down!!
