Gegara diet 3 hari kemarin jadi makin terbiasa makan roti gandum panggang teflon buat asupan karbo😅 Menu lunch : roti gandum panggang teflon 2 lembar plus jantung ayam masak bali 15 biji plus anggur hitam dan tomat cherry masing2 5 butir ☺️
