hai! saya baru mulai diet defkal. bmr 1433 tp saya set RDI di 1500, TDEE di 2011. itu udah bener belum ya? terus uada saran ga yaa makan yg tinggi proteinnya apa? aku sehari makan telur rebus 2 butir, tahu 4 potong, sm dada ayam 150gr tp masih kurang banyak :/ saya set di 150gr protein per hari
