How many cheat meals would y'all recommend having in a month? I don't want so many that it'll erase all my effort of course, but I'm also a foodie so I'd like a meal or two every once in a while to eat what I want. What do you guys think?

I would say once a month would be fair. Anything more frequent and you might just erase your effort.. also maybe just try and find healthier ways to enjoy some of your cheat foods? (also preloading low calorie foods before eating high calorie food can help displace some calories, like eating an apple before pizza kind of thing)

I have one meal a week. Not one day, but one meal. I try for a smaller serving, but I eat well for 5 days, then eat something cream based once a week. It could be an alfredo sauce, ice cream, a piece of cheese, a regular chocolate bar (250 cals.).

Ohhhh, ok, thank you two for the ideas. :) I'll try to decide which option would suit my lifestyle best and all that stuff.

(Also, the idea with the apples and the pizza actually makes a lot of sense, I'll definitely do that before any cheat meal I have)
