Well I went away camping for this last weekend with my motorcycle owners club for the first rally of the season. Thought I did exceptionally well in eating the pub food and keeping to the RDI which I thought might prove to be difficult, everything was going fine entering all the stuff I had eaten, until I put in the beer that I had drunk on Fri and Sat night,and lo and behold,bumped up the calorie intake to a 100% over, so what, it was only a couple of days off the wagon, but you can't do a biker rally and not have any beer.
So time to get back to business and get back on track, I don't think a couple of days off is of any real significance, but we'll see.
