I'm kind of proud of myself. I got back in the groove yesterday and stuck to my diet 100%. Tonight I plan on taking a walk and lift some weights. It's like starting all over but hopefully no more vacations for a while. (that is what got me off my diet and it took me 4 weeks to start over - 3 lbs over my lowest weight before we left) My goal is to be at 135lbs by my birthday 10/12. Plus money will be very tight the next 4 weeks - hopefully that won't be an excuse to go off the diet again!!!
