I got to say that I do not handle carbs very well. I love them especially starches...potatoes, rice, noodles and chips. When I eat them I am more hungry and I tend to put on belly fat slow but steady. I have lost weight when when I change my diet. I have done Keto and pretty well but it is not easy for me. Just spent the last 3-4 months on a keto break, with travel, holidays, and stress at work, I am up about 20 lbs. I feel so much better physically when I am down at that lower weight.

The sad thing is that I know what my body needs but it is hard to keep it in practice. I am a doctor and have researched different diets and feel I am pretty knowledgeable. I just wished my mind controlled my gravings more the my mouth.
