I was prepared for 190 by the way I've been eating. I've had fast food every single day for the past week (pizza, chinese, mexican, McDonald's, Captain D's, repeat). Exercise has slacked very badly too. Tomorrow is my butt surgery, I'll be down from exercising for a while, and hopefully from eating like the cow I've been lately. Obviously I haven't even kept up with my food logs.
