Last night I was very naughty and ended up gorging on some snacks after dinner... stress (my enemy).
I found out my ex is definately gay (daughter's father) and our teenage daughter (who chose to live with him full time) is retaliating against it. It doesn't bother me in the least... I wasn't blind when I was pregnant 15 years ago with said daughter and found out he was fooling around with other men (that's when I broke our engagement). I'm just suprised it took him this long to admit it to me... we've still remained friends - which makes being seperate parenting easier - and the nice thing is my boyfriend no longer has a right to be jealous when I chat with the ex.
Either way, I was ashamed of myself the next morning because of my binge. I was wanting to avoid posting it, but I know I'm not goign to lose weight being dishonest. And after entering, I didn't feel so bad as it wasn't as much as I though! Phew :)
I decided to have subway for lunch today, I scarfed down a 6 inch ham sub and only had about 5 bites of the soup before I relized how full I am. Now I'm sitting here with an upset tummy... duh.
I have to keep reminding myself to slow down when eating, and stop forcing myself to eat everything! It's better to let food go to waste than let it GO to my waist!
