Selama ini diet jarang sih bener2 sayur buah2 an, more ke arah happy diet. Kalau sayur dan buah rendah kalori bisa makan banyak, tp aku prefer makan 1 potong ayam mcd 400 kalori daripada 1 mangkok salad yg kurleb 400 kalori kena dressing.
As long as deficit calories and i’m happy jugak.
Quality not quantity for me, karena i love makanan enak
