I've been letting some stress get to me, and it has a negative effect on my willingness to pass by desserts. Not getting enough sleep also has a negative effect on willpower. I need to get back on track, and get walking daily again.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
