Still feeling kind of crummy, but I feel well enough to work out a bit, which is good! I splurged a little bit on lunch yesterday, but I made up for it with a really light dinner of salad, roasted cauliflower and panko covered calamari steak. Surprisingly delicious! I also did Hip Hop Abs yesterday, which was fun, and I felt better after I worked out :) Also, I weighed myself this morning and I've lost a pound, which makes me happy! At least I'm not gaining through all of this!
