Bahan :
- Dada ayam
- ubi manis
- jamur
Bumbu :
- bubuk kari merk jay’s
- bubuk kunyit merk jay’s
- bubuk paprika merk jay’s
- bubuk black paper merk jay’s
- madu murni (1/2 sdt)
- garam himalaya (1 sdt)
- fibercreme (1sdm) pengganti santan
- bawang bombay (1/4)
Cara masak :
1. Rebus ubi sampai stengah matang
2. Panaskan teflon anti lengket tanpa minyak masukan bawang bombay tumis sampai layu
3. Masukan daging ayam bolak balik sampai matang,masukan air sedikit masukan semua bumbu2 aduk2..
4. Masukan jamur stelah itu ubinya..
5. Masak sampai bumbu menyerap ke daging ayam
6. Karena tidak pakai maizena jd tdk akan kental
