Eaten my way through almost 3000 kcal. today when I am trying to stick to 2000 or less. I can only hope I will do better tomorrow and get back on track, just realized it is tomorrow, good night all on FS.

It is easy to do. When I go well over I try to claw it back over the following week so the average comes down.

As others have pointed out, it's only one meal, you have many ahead to even out those numbers. You can do this. 😊
