Hi tom, that’s the total. I’m not going to lie it’s a hard diet to follow. You physically can’t afford to slip up and have to be very strict. At first it can be a bit hard on your body, takes a while to get used too. But after you do it’s good and I’m estimates to lose 6Lbs by the end of this week on it.

I did it religiously about a year ago and the results were phenomenal. It was the amount of body fat I was losing and the rate of which I was that surprised me. Was doing well until I quit smoking and bundled a load of weight on but back on it now. Stick at it 🙂

I’ve heard the results are crazy, I’m nearly into my first week on Keto diet, but I’ve now started a meal plan created by a personal trainer so will see what happens. Fingers crossed it will be good. Sounds like you did really well on it, I know you said you gained weight after smoking but at least you quite the smoking which is really bad for you. Now you can focus on your diet again 😊
