Had a total blow out yesterday eating all the delicious things I really shouldn't have (think freshly named white bread, sausages and kfc...) Really disapointed in my rubbish will power but not going to beat myself up about it too much as you only live once. Already being good today as skipped the pancakes I made for the rest of the family for an ace fruit salad instead. Let's hope I can keep it up now!

Don’t beat yourself up over it! You need to enjoy yourself and the odd blowout is a treat. All allowed treats. I would suggest a nice family walk to shed some of the intake but not in this weather

it mainly ended up with me 'dancing' while the little monsters mocked me to be fair 😂 but it was fun and burnt some calories so all good really
