Well I leave for school today and have mixed emotions... I'm really excited to see my friends and start classes but am going to miss home, and I'm super nervous for the amount of work I'm going to have. I'm also really pissed at myself for blowing the progress I'd made towards my goal. I'm hoping that the change of scenery and the ability for me to choose my own dinners will help me get back on track. I keep forgetting how gross I feel when I'm constantly full, and that it does feel good to be a bit hungry once in a while (I'm not even hungry after waking up this morning... not a good sign!
But anyway, today is a new day and I'm hoping that my being very busy/traveling for a lot of the day will help with detox. My plan for the day is to not have any refined anything... so just fresh fruit, whole grains, etc. Wish me luck!
