Biasanya ak pake celana ukuran 27. Saat itu 28 nggak muat. Dari situ titik balik aku ubah pola makan aku... yahh lumayan lah walaupun lambat dari lingkar pinggang 85/86 sekarang 79/80kalau habis makan
