哪有你这么频繁算体重的,毫无意义,还不够误差的,你吃一顿饭就有一斤,一泡尿就半斤,每早空腹测一次就行了,我是健身教练的老师

我刚刚下载这个软件,有个问题不太明白,望得到帮助。 我的基础代谢率是1352,可这个app给我计算的每日需要卡路里是1900,我不知道以哪个为准了。
