Alhamdulillah walaupun 2minggu baru turun 2kg krn sempet gajadi diet gegara susah BAB wkk, lumayanlah defkal tanpa workout. KADANG cuman ikutin tutorial hiit di yt dan jumping jack cuma kuat 4mnit krn beratnya naudzubillah 😅
